Mark McNulty - President and Founding Partner

As President and Founding Partner of HR Dimensions, LLC, Mark has more than 25 years of executive management experience managing all functional areas of companies. He attended Purdue University as an English major and Indiana University graduating Magna Cum Laude in Personnel and Industrial Relations in the School of Business in 1977. He received the Outstanding Personnel and Industrial Relations student award by the American Society of Personnel Administration upon graduation, as well as many other academic honors.

Mark started his career in human resources and has held various positions in medium size companies, including Vice President of Human Resources. He also brings a general manager's perspective to the company having served as Senior Vice President at Maplehurst, Inc. and Vice President and General Manager for SM&P Utility Resources, the largest underground utility locating contractor in the nation.

Mark assists HR Dimensions' clients in the areas of strategic planning; incentive plan design; preventative employee relations; union relations, including contract negotiations; executive coaching; training and development; and generalist human resources issues. Mark serves on several public and private boards.

Steven Grow - Partner

Steve is a Partner of HR Dimensions and heads the executive coaching practice for the firm. He is a senior-level executive with more than 20 years progressive experience. He received his B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Adult Education and Human Resources from Indiana University.

Steve's professional career with Methodist Hospital (employee relations, management training and medical education), Roche Diagnostics (Vice President of Human Resources) and most recently Prevent Blindness Indiana (CEO and President) has provided him with a broad range of experience that benefits HR Dimensions' clients. He is a Commissioner on the State Employees Appeal Commission, appointed by the governor of Indiana.

Steve is very involved with the community, serving on the boards of the Indianapolis Zoo, United Way, Prevent Blindness Indiana and the Kidney Foundation. He was also a member of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee.

Debi Mueller - Partner

Debi is a Partner of HR Dimensions. She has more than 20 years experience creating and implementing impactful business and people solutions in both domestic and international settings.

Prior to joining HR Dimensions, Debi served as Director of Compensation and Leadership Development for Roche Diagnostics, a Swiss-owned company that is the world leader in medical diagnostic equipment and chemicals. During her tenure at Roche she worked closely with the senior management team to create and implement world-wide business initiatives, including compensation systems, human resource information systems, executive leadership programs, diversity, cultural orientation and change strategies.

Debi received a B.A. in Marketing from Ball State University and has completed extensive course work from the American Compensation Association, earning her CCP credentials as a Certified Compensation Professional. She is an active member in several local professional associations.

Richard T. Bonds - Vice President of Business Strategy

Richard Bonds is Vice President of Business Strategy for HR Dimensions. He brings over 25 years of executive Human Resources experience in union and non-union environments. In his last corporate assignment, Richard was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Bank One/Chase. Richard assists HR Dimensions' clients in the areas of Performance Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Diversity, and Strategic Alignment.

Richard is extensively involved in community and professional activities and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Indiana State University, 100 Black Men and task committees with Indianapolis Public Schools and Freetown Village. He graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing and is certified as a Human Resources Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management.

Shirley Triller – Vice President of Talent Management

As a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coach Federation, Shirley engages her clients in leveraging their strengths and achieving their full potential. Through Shirley's extensive experience with executives and professionals, she has a unique ability to help clients identify core values and motivators. She collaborates with her clients in developing career management and performance plans to achieve progressive success.

Shirley possesses a broad base of industry experience which allows her to readily connect and understand her clients' environments and cultures. As Vice President of Talent Management for HR Dimensions LLC/Career Partners International, she manages their career transition practice and serves as executive coach and trainer for leadership development programs.

Her professional career includes leadership roles with two of the largest international talent management firms in the U.S. and sales and management roles with leading manufacturers and service companies. She has held key staff and board of director positions with not-for-profit organizations. As an entrepreneur for over 6 years, Shirley built and managed her own organizational management consulting business where she specialized in business strategy and executive and career coaching.

Shirley has a B.S. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and has continued her education with graduate courses in developing human potential, human performance improvement and counseling. She continually furthers her coaching education and serves as president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Scott Sendelweck – Director of Talent Acquisition

As a recruitment consultant and talent acquisition specialist, Scott has spent more than 8 years assisting companies and their leadership in tackling organizational staffing problems both domestic and internationally. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at HR Dimensions, Scott manages the talent acquisition and recruitment process for HR Dimensions customers. In this capacity Scott is responsible for the development and delivery of full lifecycle recruitment consulting services including: strategic planning, professional and collegiate search, pipeline building, recruitment process creation, business development and client site management.

His extensive experience with many U.S. and international companies has allowed him to develop a proven track record of success that will enhance any company’s growth plans. Scott is a catalyst for his clients, developing powerful strategies and organizational cultures that optimize customer satisfaction, employee retention, and bottom line results. An out of the box recruiting innovator, Scott is known for his working relationships with leadership and his experience in niche searches.

Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Purdue University and has continued his education in Indiana Insurance Law, Six Sigma Transactional Processes and OFCCP Compliance.

Joy Ullrich - Senior Consultant

As Senior Consultant with HR Dimensions, Joy engages leaders in a journey of facilitated exploration and discovery. Through her open, interactive style, she helps leaders increase their effectiveness and subsequent business results. For example, a recent client organization saved $1M annually through the innovative recommendations made by the leaders that Joy facilitated. She is a trusted business partner and inspiring facilitator, with broad expertise in Leadership Development and Training, Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Organizational Development.

Prior to joining the HR Dimensions team, Joy was a Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant with Roche Diagnostics. She has also held Human Resource leadership positions with American Trans Air (ATA) and Baxter Healthcare in Chicago. Joy achieved early career success and global experience as the HR Project Manager for the Subaru-Isuzu Automotive (SIA) plant start-up. Joy's broad base of experience enables her to readily relate to her clients' diverse cultures and challenges, and create innovative solutions and processes.

Joy earned a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Indianapolis and an M.B.A. from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. She is professionally certified in Organizational Development Consulting, as well as a variety of assessment tools and program facilitation.

Sarah Raines - HR Generalist

Sarah is a HR Generalist for HR Dimensions. In her role, Sarah serves HR Dimensions' clients in the areas of compensation and benefits, employment assessments, employee retention surveys, and training and development programs.

Prior to joining HR Dimensions, Sarah worked as a Project Director for Walker Information, a consulting and research company which specializes in customer and employee loyalty solutions.

Sarah received a B.A. in Communication from Hanover College and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management. She is an active member of the community participating in the Human Resources Association of Central Indiana, the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir, and she serves on the Advisory Board for the American Red Cross of Greater Indianapolis.

Peg Sharkey - Office Manager

Peg is the Office Manager for HR Dimensions. In this capacity, she handles all accounting, clerical and support functions for the managing partners and staff. Peg has over 25 years of experience as an executive assistant with companies such as Maplehurst Bakeries, SM&P Utility Resources, Inland Container Corporation, St. Francis Hospital, and eSkye Solutions. Peg is a graduate of Indiana Business College.

 

 

 

Lilli Hazard – Sr. HR Consultant

Lilli Hazard is a Sr. HR Consultant with HR Dimensions with over 20 years experience providing Human Resources support to companies of all sizes. As an experienced generalist Lilli leads HR Dimensions Outsourcing group by providing clients with a full range of support from employee relations, compensation and benefits to policy development and performance management. Lilli spent over 10 years as a Director of Human Resources for a mid-sized technology firm with employees in multiple states. She has worked in industries as diverse as call centers, computer technology, consumer electronics, construction, retail, education, security and warehousing, in both for profit and not for profit settings. Lilli is also an avid gardener and an adoption advocate.
